Level 1 comprises of 31 essences, which focus on our foundation (our connection with `Heaven and Earth´) and on our chakras and the energy bodies of the aura.
During a session, you choose five out of these 31 essences. The essences you choose act like a mirror, which shows your resonances to a particular life theme in your different energy bodies. This enables the Starlight Essence Therapist to work with the essences in the aura and on the body, bringing about an immediate change. The essences give insights into the human soul in order to find the original causes of issues and symptoms and reveal soul qualities. They are a powerful tool to achieve awareness and transformation.

Its energy is absolutely soothing and balancing and provides a protective energetic space in which you can re-establish your equilibrium.

Chakra Essences
The seven Chakra Essences contain the pure light of the seven chakras (main energy centres of the body). They fill the chakras with their corresponding creational energy. They encourage awakening to your own light and the conscious use of your own life energy.

It fills the base chakra with the red light of the earth fire. It is very energising.
5. Pure Orange
It encourages you to take action, enhances your courage and your confidence in your own power.
6. Pure Yellow
It brings peace back into this chakra and allows you to say `yes´ to your own life.
